EIT Food CLC South is the Innovation hub for Southern Europe inside EIT Food. EIT Food is a pan-European partnership, with a consumer-centred approach, to empower innovators, entrepreneurs and students to develop world-class solutions to societal challenges, accelerate innovation, create jobs and increase Europe’s competitiveness. As an Innovation hub, EIT Food South is an SME with a multidisciplinary team of 6 senior experts, and which main responsibility is to build a dynamic ecosystem aimed to boost innovation involving strategic stakeholders from the agrofood sector.
