1st Bremerhaven Conference on Blue Economy and Fish Processing

On Wednesday 15 March WaSeaBi results will be presented at the 1st Bremerhaven Conference on Blue Economy and Fish Processing, which will take place in Bremerhaven, Fischbahnhof and is also online.

Prof. Ingrid Undeland from Chalmers University of Technology will be presenting some of the results from the WaSeaBi project in the presentation titled: “Solving Key Challenges to Build New Value Chains from Seafood Side Streams”.

The first Bremerhaven Conference on Blue Economy and Fish Processing takes place on March 15-16. It promises to give an overview about the current challenges, trends and perspectives for the European fish and seafood processing industry. One main focus will be by-products handling, processing and valorisation as well as process optimisation to get the most and the best out of your raw material.
